Andrea a été super arrangeante et très aidante. Elle a vraiment fait plus que ce qu’on attendait : la moto était en excellent état, elle avait tout préparé côté papiers et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Je recommande sans hésiter de louer avec elle.
Pour ce qui est de la plateforme, je pense qu’un petit système de notification (par e-mail ou SMS) quand on reçoit ou envoie un message serait utile. Je ne vais pas forcément sur le site tous les jours, donc je suis passé à côté de quelques infos. À part ça, le service fonctionne très bien et je compte l’utiliser de nouveau.
