We indemnify the Bonus loss and a CHF 500.- deductible charged to the vehicle owner’s by his insurance company. How will the bonus loss be calculated: to computed the potential loss, we take into consideration the 5 years following the claim, admitting that no other claim and no other modification of the premium impact the bonus during that period. The justification of these rights implies a confirmation from the liability protection insurance concerning the bonus incrementation and the deductible paid. |
