We will give you some information so that you can navigate comfortably on our platform.
Profile verification
On Cruizador, we check ALL the renter profiles before letting them pick up any motorbike. Indeed, we need to make sure that you meet the age (min 25 years) and licence (min 3 years of the category rented) requirements, otherwise you would not be insured. So think about doing it quickly. As they say, what’s done doesn’t need to be done anymore.
- Log in to your account
- Click on the profile tab
- Then click on the “verification” tab (on your mobile you might have to click on the V)
- Upload all required documents
- Click on the “verification” button
Once we have your documents, we verify them, validate your profile, delete your documents from the cloud and store them on a safe hard drive.
But this is also a security for our hirers.
Remember that you are renting a vehicle from someone who does not know you. Also, when we have checked your documents, there is an indication (✅) in your profile details. Also, this person will know that you have been checked and they will be more likely to rent you their vehicle. And yes, when someone comes to your house, you would also like to know who you are dealing with 🙂 !
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is indicated for each vehicle and is left to the free choice of the hirer. Make sure you check it out before making your request.
