Cruizador – what a magical week they enabled. I picked up my chosen bike (2017 Suzuki V-Strom 650 in brand new condition) and instructed my ‘sat-nav’ to avoid highways and tolls so I could really enjoy they by-ways, mountain hamlets and the Alps. Though I normally ride much larger bikes, that choice was perfect for all the switchbacks for which I searched each day starting in Lucerne through Leichtenstein, Fluela Pass and Stelvio around Lake Como, Locarno and on to Geneva.[…] Who ever imagined that I could do all that including gas for under $400 Australian?
